Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:

As a company policy, we do not provide refund in the form of a cash refund, or refund in the bank account. We only issue store credit against returns.

The amount you paid for the garment, will be given to you in the form of a store credit, valid for 6 months from date of issue. (Shipping charges paid will be deducted from the amount)

In case you have a store credit from us, you will have to place a new order. At the time of checkout, you will see the store credit applied automatically to your order total. The shipping charges for the new order placed will have to be borne by the customer.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.  Please bear in mind that once the order is collected, it can take up to 8 working days to reach our facilities.

If you have not received a store credit voucher after more than 14 days, please contact us at support@ciccioclothing.com so that we can help you and speed up the process. 

Please note:

  • Remember that you can use the virtual voucher for future online purchases and that it is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Returns cost will be deducted from your refund amount for home collection.

  • The store credit is not applicable for use from brands other than CICCIO.
